No shocking result in a game when fourth rankedJamtland (14-8) crushed 8th ranked Koping Stars (3-19) in Ostersund 98-74 on Thursday. Jamtland looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American-Thailand guard Tra Holder (185-1995, college: Arizona St.) who led the winners and scored 22 points and 5 assists. American guard Keith Braxton (196-1997, college: SFU) accounted for 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Five Jamtland players scored in double figures. American forward Brett Reed (204-1996, college: St.Martin's) came up with 18 points and the other American import forward Jayden Martinez (201-2000, college: N.Texas) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Koping Stars in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Jamtland moved-up to third place, which they share with Boras. Koping Stars lost their third game in a row. They keep the eighth position with 19 games lost. They share it with Umea.
