Regular Season Round 16: Snaefell - Armann 81-95

Rather expected game when 12th rankedSnaefell (2-14) lost to tenth ranked Armann (5-11) in Stykkisholmur 81-95 on Friday. Armann dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Snaefell 's 34. The winners were led by forward Anders Adersteg (197-1995) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 28 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Devaughn Jenkins (201-1995, college: Angelo St.) supported him with 21 points and 15 rebounds. Four Armann players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 37 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds by American swingman Jaeden King (198, college: St.Xavier) did not help to save the game for Snaefell . Dutch forward Calvin Poulina (203-1999, college: Pitt St.) added 12 points and 6 rebounds for lost side. Snaefell's coach rotated eleven players saving starting five for next games. Armann moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Thor. Snaefell lost eighth consecutive game. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost.
