No shocking result in a game when sixth rankedUnion Rennes (13-12) edged at home 12th ranked Poissy (9-15) 88-85 on Friday. However just three-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Rennes made 25-of-30 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Poissy 's players. Forward Adrien Sclear (202-2001) nailed 22 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Guinean forward Cheick Sekou-Conde (203-1992) accounted for 23 points (made all of his seven free throws). Union Rennes' coach Pascal Thibaud used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Swiss guard Noah Burrell (193-1997) came up with 25 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Sebastien Michineau (182-1991, college: S.Idaho JC) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for Poissy in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rennes moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Le Havre and Loon-Plage. Newly promoted Poissy keeps the twelfth position with 15 games lost.
