The most surprising game was a loss of top-rankedPanionios (15-6) in Mykonos on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by sixth ranked Mykonou (13-8) 75-73 . It was a good game for guard Kostas Efstratiou (185-1998) who led his team to a victory with 13 points and 6 rebounds. Naturalized American swingman Nicholas Paulos (201-1991, college: UNCG) contributed with 10 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Mykonou players scored in double figures. The former international center Dimitrios Kaklamanakis (205-1994) answered with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 15 rebounds and point guard Iakovos Milentigievits (185-1997) added 17 points in the effort for Panionios. Panionios' coach Periklis Tavropoulos rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Mykonou have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Ermis S. and Megaridas. Panionios at the other side still keeps top position with six games lost.
