Bottom-rankedHerceg Novi is still unable to win any game. But it was rather predictable considering how strong their opponent was. This time they lost on the road their fifth consecutive match to second ranked Podgorica (5-1) 77-40 . Podgorica held Herceg Novi to an opponent 19.3 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.4 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Herceg Novi 40-22 including a 32-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Podgorica players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Herceg Novi 's players. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Milena Vujovic (169-2008) who helped to win the game recording 12 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists and guard Janja Dragisic (170-2007) who added 18 points and 4 assists during the contest. Podgorica's coach felt very confident using entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mali center Diawara Fatoumata (195-2003) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks and Serbian point guard Natalija Spaic (170-1997) scored 19 points. Podgorica maintains second position with 5-1 record behind leader Buducnost. Herceg Novi at the other side still closes the standings with five games lost.
