No shocking result in a game when fourth rankedSindri (13-6) beat 11th ranked Hrunamenn (3-16) in Fludir 92-78 on Wednesday. Sindri made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for Spanish guard Ismael Herrero (188-1996) who led the winners and scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. American guard Sam Prescott (190-1990, college: Mt.St.Mary's) accounted for 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Five Sindri players scored in double figures. Finnish center Aleksi Liukko (211-1999) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 14 rebounds (made all of his nine free throws !!!) and American Chance Hunter (198-1998, college: Cal Poly) added 28 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Hrunamenn in the defeat. Sindri maintains fourth place with 13-6 record. Hrunamenn lost their third game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with 16 games lost.
