Regular Season Round 19: PVBC - Aulnoye 79-91

LF2 top team -Aulnoye (17-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat fifth ranked PVBC (10-9) in Voiron 91-79 . Aulnoye dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to PVBC 's 38. Aulnoye players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists. It was a great evening for forward Astou Gaye (189-1998, college: FAU) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Mariama Daramy (180-2002) helped adding 21 points and 7 rebounds. Aulnoye's coach Mickael Petipa allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side forward Fabienne Constant (188-1986, agency: Areus Sports) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Alexa Middleton (175-1995, college: Iowa St.) scored 19 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Aulnoye have an impressive series of fifteen victories in a row. They maintain first place with 17-2 record. Newly promoted PVBC keeps the fifth position with nine games lost. They share it with Mondeville and La Tronche.
