Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fifteenth rankedGravelines-Dunkerque and 16th ranked Chorale de Roanne had identical 8-17 record. But Chorale de Roanne was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Gravelines 78-69 on Friday night. Gravelines outrebounded Roanne 37-25 including 30 on the defensive glass. It was a great shooting night for Gravelines especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. Cameroonian center Landry Nnoko (208-1994, college: Clemson) notched 12 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and point guard Thomas Cornely (190-1991) supported him with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Gravelines-Dunkerque players scored in double figures. Even 19 points and 9 rebounds by the former international power forward Yannis Morin (208-1993, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Roanne . American point guard DJ Cooper (183-1990, college: Ohio) added 12 points, 15 assists and 5 steals for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Gravelines maintains fifteenth position with 9-17 record. Roanne lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth place with 18 games lost. They share the position with Blois.
