There was an upset when higher rankedPau-Lacq-Orthez (13-12) was defeated on the road by eleventh ranked Saint Chamond (11-14) 70-62 on Friday. St.Chamond looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Finnish point guard Ilari Seppala (188-1993, agency: Blacktop Management) stepped up and scored 17 points for the winners and point guard Mathieu Guichard (188-1988) chipped in 7 points and 5 assists. At the losing side Bahamas-American forward Travis Munnings (198-1994, college: ULM) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Dylan Affo Mama (196-1999) scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. St.Chamond maintains eleventh place with 11-14 record, which they share with Chalons-Reims. Loser Pau-Lacq-Orthez dropped to the seventh position with 12 games lost.
