Very expected game when 12th rankedCremona (10-15) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Tortona (13-12) 87-76 on Saturday. Tortona looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. International power forward Luca Severini (204-1996) fired 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The former international point guard Tommaso Baldasso (193-1998) chipped in 12 points and 4 assists. American point guard Corey Davis (186-1997, college: Houston) produced 13 points and 5 assists and Davide Denegri (184-1998, agency: SLN) added 10 points respectively for lost side. Five Tortona and four Cremona players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tortona moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Pistoia and Trento. Newly promoted Cremona keeps the twelfth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Treviso.
