Second Stage Round 9: Les Sables - Pole France 74-66

Date: April 12, 2024
Everything went according to plan in Les Sables-D'Ollone where tenth ranked Les Sables (14-18) beat 14th ranked CFBB (6-26) 74-66 on Friday. Les Sables looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Louis Prolhac (177-1991) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 assists. Christopher Manerlax (204-2002) chipped in 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks (perfect from the field making all six shots). Four Les Sables players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Jonas Boulefaa (203-2007) who recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Talis Soulhac (186-2006) added 16 points and 7 assists respectively. CFBB's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Les Sables maintains tenth place with 14-18 record, which they share with Lorient. Loser CFBB keeps the fourteenth position with 26 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
