Estonian Kesklinna (#17) forced the game against Latvian Cesis (#15) into an overtime, but lost by four points 71-75 on Sunday night. The game took place in . But the guests from Cesis were better at the end. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 27-18. But Kesklinna won third quarter 17-10. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening, at least not yet. The game turned upside-down in the last quarter, where Kesklinna used huge pressure winning it 15-11 getting a tie at the end of regular time. They lost eventually overtime period 5-5. Cesis forced 19 Kesklinna turnovers. The best player for the winners was Rudolfs Lukins who scored 23 points and 8 rebounds. Ricards Terauds chipped in 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
