Very important is a road loss ofKataja (2-1) against Seagulls (2-1) on Friday night. Visiting Kataja was crushed by Seagulls in Helsinki 105-78 . Seagulls made 18-of-23 charity shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Tevin Olison (194-1998, college: YSU, agency: One Motive Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 6 assists. His fellow American import swingman Rene Rougeau (198-1986, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) helped adding 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks. Four Seagulls players scored in double figures. Seagulls' coach Vesa Vertio felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was American guard KeShawn Curry (195-1998, college: VCU) with 20 points and 4 assists and the former international center Hannes Polla (211-1998, college: UT Martin) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds.
