Rytsikava's 15 points and 8 rebounds give her Player of the Week award

38-year old RUS-BLRn forward Yuliya Rytsikava (180-F-1986) had a great game in the last round for league's best team BK Gorizont Minsk and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9 (Second Stage).
She had the game-high 15 points adding eight rebounds and two assists for Gorizont in her team's victory, helping them to outclass BC Minsk Youth (#4, 8-12) with 61-point margin 97-36. It allowed Gorizont to consolidate first place in the Belarusian Premier League. Gorizont have a solid 17-2 record. In the team's last game Rytsikava had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. She has many years of experience at Gorizont, through which she has constantly improved. Yuliya Rytsikava averages this season 8.5ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Ilona Katsyro (171-PG-2005) of Group B top-ranked BK Gomelskiye Rysy. She is a guard in her first season at Gomel. In the last game Katsyro recorded an impressive double-double of 32 points and 11 assists. Chupakhina showcased her all-around game by recording 17 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. She was another key player of BK Gomelskiye Rysy, helping her team with a 102-61 easy win against #3 ranked Victoria in a game of the week. Gomel confirms their top position in Group B. Their record at this point is 9 victories and 7 lost games. Chupakhina has a great season in Belarus. After 17 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 14.2ppg (3rd best) and assists with 3.6apg (7th best).
