Belarusian Premier League round 3 best performance: Ekatarina Kapitsa (by Hoops Agents)

Guard Ekatarina Kapitsa (164-G-2006) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for BK Gomelskiye Rysy, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
The 19-year old player was the main contributor (25 points, six rebounds and eight assists) to her team's victory, helping them to edge out Brest (#7, 0-3), the league's bottom-ranked team 69-65. Gomel is placed at 6th position in Belarusian Premier League. Gomel is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-2 record. In the team's last game Kapitsa had a remarkable 60.0% from 2-point range. She has many years of experience at Gomel, through which she has constantly improved. After only 3 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 8.3rpg (5th best).
