Viktoryia Hasper claims Belarusian Premier League Hoops Agents weekly honour

Experienced International Center Viktoryia Hasper (192-C-1988) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's leader BC Minsk and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 37-year old center had the game-high 21 points adding five rebounds for BC Minsk in her team's victory, helping them to outclass Brest (#6, 3-7) with 57-point margin 93-36. It allowed BC Minsk to consolidate first place in the Belarusian Premier League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is already in a full swing and BC Minsk still have not lost a single game, getting all 8 victories. In the team's last game Hasper had a remarkable 90.0% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for her as usually she does not deliver so high stats. Hasper has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (9th best: 11.3ppg), rebounds (8th best: 6.7rpg) and averages solid 63.4% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young international swingman Maria Lyaskovskaya (179-F/G-2007) of SBK Olimpia Grodno. Lyaskovskaya impressed basketball fans with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course she led Olimpia to another comfortable win 70-57 over slightly lower-ranked BC Minsk Youth (#4, 6-4) being unquestionably team leader. It was definitely game of the week between two contenders to the title. Olimpia consolidated its place in top 3 of the standings. Her team's 6-2 record is not bad at all. Lyaskovskaya is a newcomer at Olimpia and it seems she did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 14.4ppg (#1).

The third best performed player last round was Elizaveta Kapitsa (164-G-1992) of BC Minsk Youth (#4). Kapitsa scored 18 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Despite Kapitsa's great performance the BC Minsk Youth lost 57-70 to #3 ranked Olimpia. But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing BC Minsk Youth needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 6 victories and 4 lost games. Kapitsa has a great season in Belarus. After only 8 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 10.3ppg (2nd best) and assists with 2.6apg (7th best).
