Borschevskaya's 16 points and 5 assists give her Player of the Week award

24-year old Alisa Borschevskaya (180-SF-2001) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's best team BC Minsk and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 12.
She had the game-high 16 points adding four rebounds and five assists for BC Minsk in her team's victory, helping them to outclass Gomel (#7, 1-9) with 71-point margin 94-23. It allowed BC Minsk to consolidate first place in the Belarusian Premier League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and BC Minsk keeps a perfect 9-0 record. In the team's last game Borschevskaya had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. She turned to be BC Minsk's top player in her first season with the team. Borschevskaya has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (2nd best: 13.9ppg) and averages solid 3.8spg and 67.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Daria Degtyareva (181-F-2007) of league's second-best BK Gorizont Minsk. She is a forward in her first season at Gorizont. In the last game Degtyareva recorded an impressive 20 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Of course she led Gorizont to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Brest (#6, 3-8) 113-34. Gorizont's second position in the standings has not changed. Her team lost just one game this season, while they won 8 matches. Degtyareva is a newcomer at Gorizont and despite she is not a team leader yet, every game she becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

Third place about best performers goes to another Gorizont's star - forward Olga Trigribtseva (184-F/C-2007). Trigribtseva scored 15 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. She was another key player of BK Gorizont Minsk, helping her team with a 113-34 easy win against the lower-ranked Brest (#6, 3-8). Gorizont is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 8-1 record is not that bad... Trigribtseva has a great season in Belarus. After only 8 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 6.3rpg (9th best).
