Bosna clinch Bosnian title and double on aggregate despite OT defeat in decider-May 31, 2026
KK Bosna BH Telecom are the 2025-26 Bosnian basketball champions, claiming the title and a domestic double on aggregate even as they lost the deciding game 100-97 in overtime to Igokea m:tel. The Sarajevo side had built the platform for the title in the first leg, winning 76-70. That nine-point cushion proved decisive: despite falling in the return leg after an extra period, Bosna prevailed 173-170 on aggregate to seal the championship and complete the double. The decider was a thriller that needed overtime to separate the sides. Igokea took the game 100-97, but it wasn't enough to overturn the series deficit. Bosna's depth shone through across the two legs their bench contributed 49 points in the second game, with Petar Kovacevic (203-F-2002) (15), Alfonso Plummer (185-SG-1997, college: Illinois) (15), and Jure Zubac (203-F-1995, agency: PEPI SPORT) (7) all providing crucial scoring off the bench. Edin Atic (201-G/F-1997) led Bosna's starters with 13 points, while Jarrod West (182-F-1999, college: Louisville) II added 12 with six assists and Michael Young (206-PF-1994, college: Pittsburgh) Jr. had 11. For Igokea, Nate Pierre-Louis (193-G-1998, college: Temple) was magnificent with 23 points on 9-of-13 shooting, captain Dragan Milosavljevic (198-SF-1989) added 21 with seven rebounds, and Ahmaad Rorie (186-G-1995, college: Montana) had 14. But the individual brilliance could not erase the first-leg deficit. The championship caps a triumphant season for the Sarajevo students, who add the league crown to their cup success for a domestic double.
