   Bosna ASA enjoys first win in the final
Bosna ASA BHT grabbed the first win in the play-off final against Igokea Partizan 84-79. It was the first meeting ever of these two teams in the final of Bosnian championship.

The hosts had fantastic support of almost 3.000 their fans in Sarajevo. It was very tough win for Bosna ASA. Visitors showed better performance in the first period ending it 21-25 but second quarter belonged to Bosna. They succeeded to go on the breather with minimum lead. After the half time both teams started to play more aggressively, especially on the defensive end. It resulted with totally equalized period 22-22. With four minutes to go the game was tied 69-69. At the next Bosna's offense Milijan Bocka (187-G-82) of Igokea committed a personal foul after what people from Igokea's bench protested to the refs. Bocka made unusual move then showing three fingers to Bosna's fans, who were very irritated with this starting to make troubles after what referees decided to send some of them out of the gym. Ten minutes later the game was continued. Bosna played these 4 minutes much better and mostly owing to Goran Ikonic (196-G-80), who netted 7 points in the row, took 1-0 lead in the final.
Lance Williams (206-C-80, college: De Paul) was the best scorer for the winning team with 27 points. Hero of the game Goran Ikonic scored 22 while Edin Bavcic (210-F/C-84, agency: Beo Basket) had 12 points and 7 rebounds. Stjepan Stazic (198-G-78, agency: World Sport Agency) delevered 15 points and grabbed 9 rebounds for Igokea Partizan. Milijan Bocka finished the game with 14 points and 3 assists.

Next game will be played on Saturday at Igokea's home court in Aleksandrovac. The hosts will try to stay in the race for the title while Bosna will give its best to finish the championship in just two games.

  Siroki wins Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup  
After a semifinal thriller vs. Bosna, Siroki beat Borac in another close game in the finals 74:72. Thus, Siroki is the 2007/2008 National Cup winner.
