Zagreb tabs Lana Packovski

Lana Packovski

ZKK Zagreb (Premijer Liga) inked 30-year old former international 172cm guard Lana Packovski for upcoming season. Packovski played most recently at ZKK Plamen Pozega. In 11 Premijer Liga games she averaged 13.9ppg, 5.4rpg, 5.5apg and 2.4spg last season. She helped them to make it to the Croatian Cup Semifinals. A very good season in her career as she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Croatian League Honorable Mention. Packovski also played for Pula-Orca that season where in 11 Premijer Liga games she had very impressive stats: 18.0ppg, 3.7rpg, 5.9apg and 1.3spg. It was a very successful season in her career as she was selected to Eurobasket.com All-Croatian League Honorable Mention. The other team she played shortly was ZKK Pula. Indeed an impressive season as she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Croatian League Honorable Mention.
She was also a member of Croatian international program for some years. Packovski played for Croatian Senior National Team between 2014 and 2016 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2012.
She represented Croatia at the Qualifications to European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) 2017 nine years ago. Her stats at that event were 6 games: 1.5ppg, 1.0rpg.
Packovski has played also professionally in Italy (Albino, La Spezia and Alpo), Poland (Sosnowiec) and Croatia (Medvescak, Novi Zagreb, Tresnjevka and Novi Zagreb 2nd team). Her team was regular season runner-up in Croatian League in 2013 and 2023.
Among many awards she was selected Eurobasket.com All-Croatian League Guard of the Year in 2023.
