Jackson's 19 points and 7 assists give her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

22-year old American guard Kiara Jackson (170-G-2003) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked ZKK Brod na Savi Slavonski Brod and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
She had the game-high 19 points adding seven rebounds and seven assists for Brod na Savi in her team's victory, helping them to outclass Rijeka (#7, 3-4) with 31-point margin 73-42. Brod na Savi is placed at 2nd position in Croatian Premijer Liga. They are still close to the very top. Brod na Savi would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game Jackson had a remarkable 54.5% from 2-point range. She turned to be Brod na Savi's top player in her first season with the team. University of Nevada - Las Vegas graduate has very impressive stats this year. Jackson is league's best scorer averaging so far 23.0ppg. Jackson is in league's top in assists (7th best: 5.3apg) and averages solid 3.3spg.

Second best performed player last round was Mayra Caicedo (161-G-2000) of ZKK Plamen Pozega. She is Colombian guard in her first season at Pozega. In the last game Caicedo recorded an impressive 19 points and 3 assists. Of course she led Pozega to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Split (#11, 1-7) 104-36. Pozega's 6th position in the standings has not changed. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But a 4-4 record is not bad and everything may still change. Caicedo is a newcomer at Pozega and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Kylee Blacksten (190-F-2002) of ZKK Zagreb (#5). Blacksten scored 25 points. She was a key player of Zagreb, leading her team to a 107-61 easy win against the lower-ranked Zadar (#8, 2-5). Zagreb needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Blacksten has a very solid season. In 7 games in Croatia she scored 16.1ppg. She also has 5.7rpg, 1.1bpg, a FGP of 62.5% and 3PT: 64.0%.
