Swingman Karoline Lundin (175-2004, college: Wyoming) replied with 19 points and 8 rebounds for Herlev. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Skovbakken have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated Herlev. Skovbakken is looking forward to face Amager (#5) in Kastrup in the next round. Herlev will play at home against SISU and is hoping to win this game.
Dameligaen top team - Aabyhoj (5-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked SISU (0-5) in Copenhagen 90-37. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Undefeated Aabyhoj have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 5-0 record. SISU at the other side still closes the standings with five games lost. Aabyhoj will play against Falcon (#4) in Copenhagen in the next round. SISU will play on the road against Herlev and hopes to get finally their first victory.
