Falcon dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Amager's 30. Falcon forced 19 Amager turnovers and outrebounded them 49-31 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Falcon looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Amager's players. The former international center Julianna Okosun (194-2001, college: Marquette) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 14 rebounds for the winners and Katrine Lassen (178-1999) chipped in 21 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Ellen Iversen (180-1997) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Amager's coach Brian Rimdal gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Defending champion maintains second place with 13-3 record behind leader Aabyhoj.
