Alberte Rimdal (ex Csata DSE) is a newcomer at Charnay

Charnay Basket Bourgogne SUD (LFB) strengthened their roster with the addition of 24-year-old Danish international guard Alberte Rimdal (175cm-2002, college: Nebraska) for the 2026-27 season. She played last season at Csata Diaksport Egyesulet in the Hungarian A Division. In 28 games, she recorded 14.3ppg, 2.9rpg, 4.0apg, and 1.0spg. It was a good season for her as she was named League Player of the Week.
She has also been a member of the Danish international program for some years. Rimdal has regularly played for the Danish senior team since 2019 and previously for the Under 16 National Team back in 2018.
Among many awards, her college team won the Danish Cup in 2019. She was voted to the SEC All-Freshman Team back in 2022.
Rimdal graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2025 and it will be her second season as a professional player. She also played for the University of Florida for 3 years.
