Players of the game Focused, consistent, reliable – Sierra Moore (180-G-1994, college: Penn State) shined for Polonia Warszawa. Pennsylvania State University star scored 22 points on 10/14 shooting from the field. Moore added a team high 10 rebounds and five assists for efficiency rating of 26. Daria Dubniuk provided a bright spark from the bench. Ukrainian player registered 15 points and a game high four steals. In fact, Nyon Basket collected four steals in total. Javyn Nicholson (188-F-2001, college: Georgia) (University of Georgia 2024) posted 14 points and seven rebounds for the winners. Anna Pawlowska scored all seven of her points in the second half. She dished out five assists too. Samantha Sam Breen (185-F, college: UMass, agency: LBM Management) led Nyon Basket with 32 points on 12/22 shooting from the field. Key stats Polonia Warszawa focused in the paint and shot 17/27 from the two point line at the half. Nyon Basket used a different strategy and shot 7/16 from the three point line. Polonia Warszawa led by as much as 14 points early in the second quarter. Nyon Basket cut the gap to four points at the half, 46-42. Swiss vice-champion took a lead early in the second half but their advantage didn`t exceeded four points. Fouls mattered too as Polonia Warszawa players went to the line multiple times in the final minute.
