Drozdova's 32-point game gives her Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

26-year old shooting guard Tatjana Drozdova (170-SG-2000) put on an amazing game in the last round for second-ranked Keila Basket and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
She had the game-high 32 points adding three assists for Keila in her team's victory, helping them to beat Tartu U. (#1, 0-2), the league's bottom-ranked team 74-66. The game was between two of the league's top four teams. Keila was forced-out from the top positions in Estonian NKML. Keila is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-1 record. It's Drozdova's second year at Keila and it's hard to imagine this team without her. Drozdova has impressive league stats. She is league's best scorer averaging so far 32.0ppg. Drozdova is in league's top in and averages solid 4.0spg and 60.0% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Anna Tamberg (176-G/F-2004) of top-ranked Tartu Ulikool/CHK Kalev. She is former international swingman in her 2nd season at Tartu U.. In the last game Tamberg recorded an impressive 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as Tartu U. lost that game 66-74 to Keila (1-1). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Tamberg is well-known at Tartu U. and she already established her position as one of the team's leaders. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.0ppg (#5). Her other stats are also decent: 7.0rpg and 4.5apg.

Third place about best performers goes to center Trine Kasemagi (191-C-1995) of league's leader Team Rae vald/GoFlow. Kasemagi scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Team Rae, leading her team to a 66-43 easy win against #1 ranked Parnu in a game of the week. Team Rae has a very good start of the season. But there were just 2 games played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. Kasemagi also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. Kasemagi has a great season in Estonia. After only 2 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.0ppg (2nd best) and rebounds with 11.0rpg (4th best).
