Anwil earned 2022 ENBL title. The hosts fired past Siauliai in Wloclawek tonight to capture the trophy. Siauliai was ahead by 3 points at the halftime before a 48-34 second half run of Anwil. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American forward Luke Petrasek (206-1995, college: Columbia) stepped up and scored 25 points for the winners and his fellow American import James Bell (196-1992, college: Villanova) chipped in 21 points. Anwil's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side Eimantas Stankevicius (192-1998) responded with 16 points and swingman Martynas Varnas (196-1997) scored 15 points. Four Siauliai players scored in double figures.

Tartu - Brno 76-80

Brno stepped onto the podium as they beat Tartu to finish third in the League. The guests trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 80-76. Brno dominated on the defensive end, holding Tartu to just 7 points in fourth quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of center Simon Pursl (205-1997, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 6 rebounds. Canadian forward Danilo Djuricic (203-1999, college: Santa Clara) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Brno's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Ukrainian point guard Oleksandr Kovliar (188-2002) answered with 21 points and Estonian Robin Kivi (196-1999) added 20 points in the effort for Tartu.
