Pinckney's 27 points give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

23-year old American forward DeAndre Pinckney (203-F-2000) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's best team Bakken Bears Aarhus and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 7.
He had the game-high 27 points adding four rebounds for Bakken in his team's victory, helping them to crush, the league's bottom-ranked team Spartak Pleven (#5, 0-4) with 17-point margin 87-70. It allowed Bakken to consolidate first place in the European North Basketball League. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Bakken won both games without losing any. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Pinckney had a remarkable 91.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Bakken's top player in his first season with the team. University of Southern Mississippi graduate has very impressive stats this year. Pinckney is league's best scorer averaging so far 26.0ppg. Pinckney is in league's top in and averages solid 87.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Rashard Odomes (198-G-1996) of CSO Voluntari. He is American guard in his first season at Voluntari. In the last game Odomes recorded impressive 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Of course Voluntari cruised to a 84-76 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked Newcastle E. (#10, 2-2). Despite this victory Voluntari slide down in the standings to 6th position. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 4 matches. Odomes is a newcomer at Voluntari and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. Former The University of Oklahoma star Odomes is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.

Third place about best performers goes to swingman E.J. Anosike (199-G/F-1998) of RSW Liege Basket (#7). Anosike scored 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds. He was a key player of Liege Basket, leading his team to a 97-68 easy win against Valmiera Glass (#13, 0-4). Liege needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 1 lost games. The season just started for Anosike as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.
