Aden's double-double lands her Player of the Week award

Center Duaa Aden (197-C) had a great game in the last round for league's best team HBA-Marsky Helsinki and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
She had a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds, while her team outclassed BC Nokia (#7, 1-3) with 39-point margin 95-56. It allowed Marsky Helsinki to take over top position in the Finnish Korisliiga. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but HBA-Marsky already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Aden had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. She has many years of experience at Marsky Helsinki, through which she has constantly improved. Duaa Aden averages just after three games 12.3ppg and 7.0rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Annika Aarrejoki (180-F-2004) of Torpan Pojat Helsinki. She is a forward in her first season at ToPo. In the last game Aarrejoki recorded an impressive double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds. Bad luck as Torpan Pojat was edged by slightly higher-ranked EBT (#3, 2-1) 68-67. This loss caused ToPo to drop to 5th position in the standings. Her team lost some distance to top teams. But a 2-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Aarrejoki is a newcomer at ToPo and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.8ppg (#1). Her other stats are also decent: 12.3rpg and 3.5apg.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Elina Arike (183-F-2000) of Kotka Peli-Karhut (#6). Arike scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. She was a key player of Peli-Karhut, leading her team to a 83-75 win against slightly lower-ranked Honka (#8, 1-3). PeKa needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Arike has a very solid season. In 4 games in Finland she scored 10.3ppg.
