All-Star Game 2003-2004

More than 16.000 fans came to the Kolnarena to this years Bundesliga All-Star-Game. Team North defeated Team South with 114-105. Including some spectacular moves and dunkings the Allstars made basketball-day to remember. Lithuanian guard Rimantas Kaukenas (194-G-77, college: Seton Hall) of Telekom Bonn, who scored 22 points, was named MVP. While "Iceman" Wendell Alexis (204-F-64, college: Syracuse) had 21 points for the north.
Like last year a non-profesional won the Dunking-contest: Sascha Szymczac, who usually plays for the Baskets Wolmirstedt in the 5th German division. He beat the Bundesliga-players Terry Black (195-F-78, college: Baylor) of the EWE Baskets Oldenburg and Frankfurts Tyrone Ellis (194-G-77, college: S.Nazarene (OK)) in the final round.
In the Three-point-shoot-out Jason Maile (194-F/G-74, college: Pittsburgh) went on first place. The 46er was followed by again Tyrone Ellis (194-G-77, college: S.Nazarene (OK)) and Braunschweigs sharp-shooter Pete Lisicky (193-G-76, agent: Capicchioni Luciano, college: Penn St.).
