Blake Hamilton (ex Larissa BC) agreed terms with Apoel

Blake Hamilton

Cytavision Apoel Nicosia (OPAP Basket League) inked 25-year old American guard Blake Hamilton (198-93kg-94, college: Buffalo). He supposed to play at Larissa BC in Greek A1 league, but left the team in Nov.'19. In 9 games he recorded 7.0ppg, 4.1rpg and 1.3spg this season. The last season Hamilton played at Panionios (A1) in Greece where in 8 games he averaged 7.8ppg, 4.1rpg and 1.3apg. He also played for AEL Limassol (Division A). In 9 games he had very impressive stats: 17.3ppg, 5.9rpg, 2.7apg and 1.7spg. He was also selected League Player of the Week. The other team Hamilton played shortly was BM Slam Stal (EBL) in Polish league. In 6 games he got 8.5ppg, 2.8rpg, 2.3apg and 1.0spg.
Among many awards his college team won MAC Tournament in 2016. Hamilton received also All-MAC 2nd Team award back in 2017.
He has played also professionally in Latvia (Ventspils).
Hamilton attended University of Buffalo until 2017 and it is his third season in pro basketball.
