Harper's 25 points and 8 rebounds give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

24-year old American guard JJ Harper (196-G-2002) had a very impressive game in the last round for Heroes Den Bosch and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
He had the game-high 25 points adding eight rebounds and six assists for Den Bosch in his team's victory, helping them to beat Mechelen (#12, 2-3) 95-86. Den Bosch is placed at 7th position in BNXT-League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost two games earlier this season. Den Bosch will need more victories to improve their 3-2 record. In the team's last game Harper had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Den Bosch's top player in his first season with the team. Liberty University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Harper is in league's top in points (8th best: 18.0ppg) and averages solid 1.2bpg,56.8% FGP and 42.1% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Mathis Bizimana (199-SF-2004) of CB Liege. He is a in his 2nd season at Liege. In the last game Bizimana recorded an impressive 23 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Liege lost that game 85-91 to slightly higher-ranked Rotterdam (#13, 2-3). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Liege keeps 15th position. 5 lost games are too many considering they did not win any game. Bizimana is well-known at Liege and he already established his position as one of the team's leaders.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Enoch Cheeks (190-G-2001) of league's leader Windrose Giants Antwerp. Cheeks scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. He was a key player of Antwerp Giants, leading his team to a 88-80 win against the lower-ranked Limburg (#6, 3-2). Antwerp started extremely well this year. They recorded 5 victories without losing a single game. Cheeks turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Cheeks has a great season in BNXT-League. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.4ppg (6th best).
