They beat Snaefell 98-74 and won the serie 3-0
With very agressive defense and many players stepping up on offense Snaefell did not have the dept to stop them.
Keflavik played good team basketball on both end of the floor. Tommy Johnson did play well in these games and Bobby walker was steady. Keflavik best player in the play-offs was Gunnar Einarson and was choosen MVP of the play-offs.

  Snaefell wins the second Trophy this season
Snaefell is the Lysing Cup Champions after they beat Fjolnir today in packed National Hall.
Game was in Snaefell hand from beginning leading 30-20 after first period and 48-38 at halftime. Lead went up to 77-60 in third period. With good rebound 48-29 for Snaefell and well organized offense Snaefell did not have any problem to secure big win 109-86
Great win for coach Geof Kotila and his well balanced team. Great team work from everybody on the team.
Fjolnir did not play well today, special not on defense.

Snaefell is Powerade Cup winner 2007 after they beat KR in the finals 72 - 65. Both teams played hard defense not too good offense. Special was KR struugling on offense. Only Helgi Magnusson did well for KR. More players were living up to their standard. Jon Olafur Jonson came strong from the bench. Coach Geof Kotila first title in Iceland.
