Magectias Contra Violencia Genero (LF2) signed 25-year old Icelandic 182cm forward Birgit Snorradottir for the upcoming season. She is the second foreign player on the roster, with Portuguese Margarida Junqueira already signed. Snorradottir was the second-best scorer for Wyndham Devils in the Australian Big V league, averaging 17.6ppg, 10.1rpg, 1.9apg, and 1.6spg in 14 games last season. She was also voted League Player of the Week. In the previous season, she played for U.M.F. Grindavik in Iceland and also for Armann/Throttur Reykjavik in Iceland's Division I.
Snorradottir has played previously in Iceland (Breidablik). Her team won the Icelandic Division I Regular Season in 2025. She was selected to the Eurobasket.com All-Icelandic D1 All-Domestic Players Team in 2025.
