Kosovan Superliga round 14 best performance: Kayla Johnson (by Hoops Agents)

American Kayla Johnson (178-SF) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked KBF Prishtina, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The player was the main contributor (21 points, nine rebounds) to her team's victory, helping them to outclass Trepca (#6, 1-13) with 34-point margin 84-50. Prishtina is placed at 2nd position in Kosovan Superliga. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Prishtina will need more victories to improve their 8-6 record. In the team's last game Johnson had a remarkable 60.0% from 2-point range. She turned to be Prishtina's top player in her first season with the team. Former University of Alaska Fairbanks star has very solid stats this year. Mehmeti is well-known at Prishtina and together with Kayla Johnson are proven team's leaders.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Prishtina's star - international guard Malvina Haziri (174-PG-2008). Haziri scored 14 points and passed 4 assists. She was another key player of KBF Prishtina, helping her team with a 84-50 easy win against the lower-ranked Trepca (#6, 1-13).
