Pilabere is back at TTT Riga, ex Patti

Karline Pilabere

TTT Riga (LSBL) agreed terms with 33-year old Latvian international forward Karline Pilabere (189cm-1990). It is actually her comeback to Riga as she has played here before. She was second best scorer at Alma Basket Patti in Italian Serie A2 last season where in 27 games she had 13.3ppg, 7.7rpg, 1.1apg and 1.1spg. A very impressive season as she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Italian A2 South Forward of the Year, League Player of the Week and named to Eurobasket.com All-Italian A2 South First Team. The previous (2021-22) season she played at another Italian team Fila San Martino Di Lupari in Italy.
She has also been a member of the Latvian international program for some years. Pilabere has regularly played for the Latvian senior team since 2011 and previously for the Under 20 National Team in 2010.
She also represented Latvia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) in Serbia and Latvia five years ago. During this event, she scored an average of 2.5 ppg and had 3.8 rpg.
Pilabere is a very experienced player. She has also played in Italy, Spain (Cadi La Seu), Latvia (Cesis and TTT Kadetes), and Portugal (BAC Cabana Beach Bar).
Her team won the Douglas BBL Group A Regular Season.
