ZKK MZT Skopje adds Richardson to their roster

Diamond Richardson

ZKK MZT Skopje (Prva A Liga) added to their roster 30-year old American (has also Rwandan passport) guard Diamond Richardson (175cm-1993, college: UAPB). She played most recently at ITD Santa Tecla F1 in Salvadorean Liga Superior. In 7 Liga Mayor games she recorded 14.1ppg, 9.4rpg, 1.0apg and 1.3spg in 2022 year. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. She has been regularly called to the Rwandan Senior National Team since 2023.
She is quite experienced player. Richardson's career allowed her to visit three different continents, while she played in six different countries. She tasted the life as a pro basketball player in Latin America, Australia and of course North America. She has played previously professionally in Australia (Smithton), Colombia (Cimarrones), Uruguay (Aguada), Ecuador (Victoria) and Nicaragua (Real Esteli).
Among many awards she won Nicaraguan League championship title in 2021. She was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Nicaraguan LSBF Honorable Mention back in 2021.
She graduated from University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in 2016 and it will be her eighth season as a professional player. She played also for Trinity International University for 2 years.
