KAM Basket celebrated 2023/24 title in North Macedonia. They overcame Vardar 77-74 to win the series 3-0.
Vardar started with a 24-21 run, whilst KAM Basket replied with a 24-15 rally in the second frame. Vardar once again won the third quarter 15-10 to reduce to 1 point with 10 minutes to go. KAM Basket closed the campaign meanwhile with a 22-20 rally to seal the trophy.
Last season Basket KAM conquered Prva Liga title. They topped Badel on the road 68-56 to complete the sweep of the title series.
