Undefeated Kriva Palanka have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 7-0 record. Newly promoted Patriot keeps the fifth place with five games lost. They share the position with MZT.

There were no shocking results in the other games in round 8: Rinia was destroyed by Ohrid on the opponent's court 69-42. Sport Tim outscored Gostivar in a home game 103-43. Winless Probasket was rolled over Vardar on the road 86-51.

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Ohrid and 5th ranked Rinia had identical 4-3 record. This time Ohrid used a home court advantage and crushed the opponent from 69-42 on Sunday night. Ohrid (5-3) moved-up to third place, which they share with Vardar. Sport Tim - Gostivar 103-43

Rather predictable result when second ranked Sport Tim (6-1) smashed at home 6th ranked Gostivar (2-6) 103-43 on Saturday. Sport Tim have an impressive five-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Struga 2009 and KAM Basket. Gostivar lost third consecutive game. Gostivar at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the sixth place with six games lost.
