KAM Basket will play against league's leader Kriva Palanka at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. MZT (#5) was upset in Kavadartsi by eighth ranked Probasket 72-67. Probasket (1-9) left bottom position moving up to seventh place. Loser MZT keeps the fifth position with seven games lost. They share it with Gostivar. Probasket will meet higher ranked Badel (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MZT's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Skopje Vardar.

In the last two games of round 11 Shkupi lost to Gostivar on the opponent's court 31-45. Patriot was outscored by Badel in a home game 39-84.
