Badel adds Cleary to their roster, ex Brent Bulls

KK Badel 1862 Skopje (Prva A Liga) added to their roster 27-year old American forward Lindsey Cleary (183cm-1997, college: CMS) for season 2025-26. Cleary played last season at Brent Bulls in British WNBL D1. In 18 games she was league's second best scorer with impressive 19.5ppg and had 10.7rpg (leader !!!), 2.8apg and 1.8spg. She helped them to make it to the semifinals. Quite impressive season as she was voted Eurobasket.com All-British WNBL D1 Import Player of the Year, Eurobasket.com All-British WNBL D1 Player of the Year and selected to All-Defensive Team.
Her team made it to the English WNBL Cup Finalist in 2025 final.
The previous (2023-24) season she played at Reading Rockets (also in WNBL D1) where in 21 games she was league's fifth best scorer with remarkable 16.2ppg and recorded 10.9rpg (#4 in the league), 3.8apg (top 5) and 2.7spg in that year. Good season as she was named League Player of the Week.
Cleary has played also professionally in Nottingham Trent University.
She is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
Cleary graduated from Claremont-Mudd-Scripps College in 2020 and it will be her sixth season as a professional player. Her team made it to the English WNBL Cup Finalist in 2025 final.
