Kriva Palanka inks Abby Niehues, ex Bad Homburg

Abby Niehues

KK Kriva Palanka (Prva A Liga) agreed terms with 26-year old American power forward Abby Niehues (186cm-1999, college: S.Nazarene) for upcoming 2025-26 season. Niehues joins another USA player Da'Ja Green who is already in the roster.
She has played for the last two seasons at Bad Homburg in German 2.Bundesliga. In 15 games she had 8.3ppg, 6.2rpg, 1.2spg and 1.7bpg last season. She helped them to win the regular season and make it to the semifinals.
She has played also professionally in United Kingdom (Manchester). Niehues was voted to GAC Defensive Player of the Year back in 2019 and 2021.
She graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2022 and it will be her fourth season as a professional player.
