Basket KAM won the Cup title in front of their home crowd securing their fourth trophy in the competition. In the final of the 34th edition, they defeated Kriva Palanka with a score of 74–68. Basket KAM set the tone early, building a double-digit lead in the first quarter and at one point extending the advantage to more than 20 points. Although Kriva Palanka reduced the deficit to six points in the second half, the home team remained composed and prevented a comeback. The victory confirms Basket Kam’s dominance in women’s basketball, winning four cup titles in the last six seasons. Ivana Kmetovska (190-C-1995, college: WSU) was named MVP of the game.
