Nikolic number one in North Macedonia Prva A Liga for round 16 (by Hoops Agents)

Naturalized Serbian Forward Milica Nikolic (188-F-2006) had an amazing evening in the last round for ZKK Vardar Skopje, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 16.
The 19-year old player had a double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds, while her team crushed MZT (#6, 5-11) with 21-point margin 80-59. Vardar maintains the 4th position in North Macedonian Prva A Liga. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Vardar will need more victories to improve their 11-5 record. Nikolic turned to be Vardar's top player in her first season with the team. Milica Nikolic averages this season 13.7ppg and 9.3rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was American Tymberlin Criswell (173-G) of ZKK Patriot. Criswell had a very good evening with 30 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Patriot lost that game 69-94 to the higher-ranked Badel (#3, 11-5). Patriot managed to keep the same 7th spot in the standings. 15 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Patriot managed to get this year. Criswell is a newcomer at Patriot, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Crystal Corley (175-G) of ZKK MZT Skopje (#6). Corley scored 24 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Despite Corley's great performance the MZT lost 59-80 to slightly higher-ranked Vardar (#4, 11-5). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of MZT not to end season at such low position in the league, however are less than slim as they have already lost 11 games, recording just five victories. With bigger assistance of her teammates, Corley could try to bring MZT's a little bit higher in the standings. Corley has individually a great season in North Macedonia. After 16 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.7ppg (6th best).
