An interesting game for Vardar (13-5) which played road game in Kamenica against second-best KAM Basket (13-5). Third ranked Vardar managed to get a 7-point victory 55-48. It was a good game for the former international Elena Tasevska (186-2002) who led her team to a victory with 11 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. The former international forward Milica Nikolic (188-2006) contributed with 10 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Cvetanka Dimova (177-1998) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds for KAM Basket. Vardar have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated KAM Basket. KAM Basket lost third consecutive game. Vardar is looking forward to face league's leader Kriva Palanka at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. KAM Basket will play against Probasket in Kavadartsi and is hoping to win this game.

It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Badel. American guard Dyani Robinson (170-2001, college: N.Texas) scored 29 points to lead the charge for the winners and DaJa Green chipped in 19 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals during the contest. The best for the losing side was American guard Arin Freeman (170, college: UIC) with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kriva Palanka have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 15-3 record. Badel at the other side dropped to the fourth place with six games lost. Kriva Palanka will play against league's second-placed Vardar in Skopje in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Even a double-double of 21 points and 13 rebounds by Kayla Thomas did not help to save the game for Probasket. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Patriot (2-16) moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Sport Tim. Loser Probasket keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. Patriot will meet higher ranked MZT (#6) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Probasket will play against KAM Basket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
In the last game of round 18 MZT was beaten by Sport Tim on the road 65-60.
