Billingsley number one in North Macedonia Super League for round 21 (by Hoops Agents)

American Forward Jalin Billingsley (203-F-2002, agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) had an amazing evening in the last round for Cair 2030 Skopje, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 21.
The 23-year old player had a double-double of 30 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Angeli (#12, 0-21), the league's bottom-ranked team 85-78. Cair 2030 is placed at 8th position in North Macedonian Super League. Cair 2030 is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 9-11 record. In the team's last game Billingsley had a remarkable 78.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be Cair 2030's top player in his first season with the team. Former Eastern Michigan University star has very solid stats this year. Billingsley is in league's top in points (3rd best: 20.7ppg), rebounds (4th best: 9.8rpg) and averages impressive 66.5% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Serbian Andreja Stevanovic (195-G-1995) of MKK Kumanovo. Stevanovic had a very good evening with a double-double of 30 points and 10 rebounds. Of course Kumanovo MK cruised to a 89-82 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked Kozuv (#5, 11-11). Kumanovo MK's 6th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 10-10 record is not bad and everything may still change. Stevanovic is a newcomer at Kumanovo MK, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.0ppg (#5). His other stats are also decent: 4.7rpg and 3.2apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was Bosnia and Herzegovina center Robert Rikic (219-C-1990, agency: AltusBasket) of KK Rabotnicki AD Skopje (#9). Rikic scored 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds (!!!). Despite Rikic's great performance the Rabotnicki lost 93-97 to the higher-ranked MZT Skopje (#1, 20-1). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Rabotnicki ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 13 games, recording just nine victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Rikic could help Rabotnicki to bring them higher in the standings. Rikic has a great season in North Macedonia. After 15 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 19.2ppg (4th best) and rebounds with 13.3rpg (#1 in league). He also has 1.4bpg and a FGP of 61.7%.
