The game between Top Four teams took place in Skopje. 3rd placed host Vardar (13-6) was smashed by first ranked Kriva Palanka (16-3) 84-63. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Vardar. Kriva Palanka dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Vardar's 38. It was a great evening for American guard Dyani Robinson (170-2001, college: N.Texas) who led her team to a victory scoring 34 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Her fellow American import Abby Niehues (186-1999, college: S.Nazarene, agency: DC Sports) helped adding 18 points, 10 rebounds and 5 blocks. Kriva Palanka's coach felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side the former international forward Milica Nikolic (188-2006) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds. Kriva Palanka have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain first place with 16-3 record. Vardar at the other side keeps the third position with six games lost. They share it with Badel.
The game in Kavadartsi was also worth to mention about. Third ranked KAM Basket (14-5) played at the court of 5th ranked Probasket (10-9). KAM Basket defeated Probasket 66-50. It was an exceptional evening for the former international forward Cvetanka Dimova (177-1998) who led the winners and scored 25 points and 8 rebounds. Sanja Adamovska accounted for 9 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Serbian Milica Jovanovic (-2003) came up with 31 points and 6 rebounds for Probasket in the defeat. Probasket's coach Atanas Dimov rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Defending champion moved-up to second place. Probasket at the other side keeps the fifth position with nine games lost.
Fourth ranked Badel (13-6) crushed at home 8th ranked Sport Tim (2-17) by 24 points 82-58, which is the biggest margin this round on Saturday night. Arin Freeman fired 21 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Badel's coach felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Ana Lukic produced 25 points and 6 assists (made all of her eight free throws) for lost side. Badel moved-up to third place, which they share with Vardar. Loser Sport Tim stay at the bottom position with 17 games lost.
In the last game of round 19 Patriot won against MZT on the opponent's court 61-47.
