Tillman number one in Norway BLNO for round 8

American Forward Donnie Tillman (201-F-1999) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Kongsberg Miners, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.
The 27-year old player had a double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds, while his team outclassed Nidaros Jets (#9, 1-10) with 51-point margin 110-59. Kongsberg is placed at 4th position in Norwegian BLNO. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Kongsberg will need more victories to improve their 5-2 record. In the team's last game Tillman had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Kongsberg's top player in his first season with the team. Former New Mexico State University star has very solid stats this year. Tillman is in league's top in rebounds (3rd best: 9.9rpg).

The second best player in last round's games was another Kongsberg's star - young American Jojo Anderson (185-G-1997, agency: Helping Ballers). Anderson had a very good evening with a double-double of 22 points and 11 rebounds. Of course together with Tillman he helped Kongsberg Miners with another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Nidaros Jets (#9, 1-10) 110-59. This victory allowed Kongsberg to move up to 4th position in the standings. His team's 5-2 record is not bad at all. Anderson is a newcomer at Kongsberg, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.3ppg (#7). His other stats are also decent: 5.7rpg and 5.4apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Davonte Davis (190-G-2001) of Fyllingen BBK (#5). Davis showcased his all-around game by recording 18 points, 9 rebounds and 14 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of Fyllingen, leading his team to a 116-78 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Baerum (#7, 3-7). Fyllingen needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Davis has a great season in Norway. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 6.4apg (6th best).
