Taylor's 25 points and 6 assists give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

23-year old American guard Jayden Taylor (193-G-2003) had a very impressive game in the last round for Enea Abramczyk Astoria Bydgoszcz and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 5.
He had the game-high 25 points adding five rebounds and six assists for Astoria in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Trefl (#16, 0-5), the league's bottom-ranked team 90-87. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Enea Astoria is placed at 13th position in Polish league. Astoria is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-3 record. In the team's last game Taylor had a remarkable 63.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be Enea Astoria's top player in his first season with the team. North Carolina State University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Taylor is in league's top in points (3rd best: 19.2ppg).

Second best performed player last round was AJ Rohosy (206-F-2003) of Gornik Zamek Ksiaz Walbrzych. He is American forward in his first season at Gornik. In the last game Rohosy recorded an impressive 21 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Bad luck as Gornik lost that game 86-95 to the higher-ranked King (#3, 4-1). This loss caused Gornik to drop to 6th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 3-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Rohosy is a newcomer at Gornik and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Janari Joesaar (198-F-1993) of PGE Start Lublin (#14). Joesaar showcased his all-around game by recording 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the last round. Despite Joesaar's great performance the Start lost 89-96 to the league's current leader MKS DG (#1, 5-0). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Start can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-4 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Joesaar has a very solid season. In 5 games in Poland he scored 9.2ppg.
