MBK Stara Tura are the 2025-26 champions of Slovakia's 1. Liga Zeny, edging Slavia SKP Banska Bystrica on aggregate after a 62-53 road victory in Leg 1 and a 52-52 draw in Leg 2 at home a 114-105 combined margin that sealed the title.
Tereza Vandlikova (179-SF-2003) was the standout across the series, anchoring both ends for Stara Tura.
